Do what you love. Love what you do

What is important is not what happens to us, but what we do with what happens to us.

It seems that there are many of us who feel this connection that unites us all and that comes from our heart. We feel it from the depths of our being, without limits of space or time.

We hear daily testimonies from people with noble and high purposes about what they would like to do, or what they did not do and wanted to do.

In the human being, activity begins to gestate with the thought, in the head, unless we act in a visceral way. It is said that the stomach is "our second brain". It has 100 million neurons, which is why scientists have nicknamed it that. Although its neural network does not produce thoughts, it does influence mood and sleep.

But our thinking is born in the mind and with it begins what we want to achieve. It is important that before an action is executed it passes through the filter of the heart and the feeling of creation: do I really want to do this or that?

We know that it is not easy and that even the ancient initiates complained about it when they showed their repentance by saying,

"What I want to do, I don't do and what I do, I don't want to do."

In this case we ask ourselves: is it worth acting like this? Am I adding to my life or am I subtracting from it?

Indeed, we find here a whole process of initiation.

First of all, "know yourself". Who are you, good man, good woman? Where do your thoughts go? And once you have minimally perceived the answer about where your ancestors and yourself come from, placed in this place and in this particular moment of the history of humanity, knowing your rational, moral, psychic and spiritual structure, you will spontaneously discover that you are not alone and that life is organized around you to help you grow.

Secondly, or perhaps simultaneously, you will feel the need, the desire, the deep desire to do something. For all the knowledge you have accumulated is of no use if you do not execute it, if you do not act in accordance with your thoughts. Knowledge feeds the mind, but it is that love that precedes activity that gives it great value. Knowledge is provided by others. Wisdom develops in us. Wisdom is inner and knowledge is outer.

Then we perceive that the act has not only been elaborated with consciousness, but it has also been invested with an immeasurable force.

"Do what you love," may seem like a utopia, but how often do we do things that we don't want to do? And it is precisely when we focus our activity on that which really floods our heart that the result is most satisfactory.

We know very well how often life seems to direct us against our desire. If we look at it closely and analyze it, we get into the supposed injustice of life. Why me? Why did I get it? At this point you understand the idea of "flowing with life"... And then comes the second sentence: "Love what you do".

This action is a great help in creating the life you really want. Going from being victims, mere pieces on the board, to being responsible for our own life, because in many cases, for lack of courage, we do not follow our instinct.

To jump into the void without remaining in apparent security, wasting opportunities that we choose to experience and evolve as unique Beings.

If we think about it and feel it, why not take the next and final step?  Action is the hand that turns the key to open the door that expands our consciousness to unconditional love.

In the end, we know very well that "we are what we think, what we feel and what we do," so let's act with love!
