Lake in Tibet

Silence is golden

back to home pdf share

I am silent when the fog my thoughts envelops

I am silent when the fear entwines around me

When I ask uncertainly about

What, where and how?

And when I’m afraid of my own shadow

When my ego says

That there is nothing there

I am silent

When I burst with joy

And I do not know

How in words to clothe

Here and now

I keep silent

... and in the silence

The truth knocks on my door

When I am silent

You don’t have to be silent anymore
